Sales Manager Neuromodulation South
I am an ambassador of Medtronic to all our customers. It is my passion to convince them that we can help patients to get a solution for their chronic intractable disease. It is a win-win situation for me and Medtronic.
My current position is Sales Manager Neuromodulation South and I manage a team of five sales representatives. ‘South’ means the French speaking part of Belgium and Luxembourg. In the Neuromodulation department, we are selling neurostimulators and drug pumps to help patients to find an effective solution for their chronic intractable diseases.
When I joined Medtronic as a sales representative, they had just started up the Neuromodulation business, and this gave me the opportunity to experience everything from the beginning. I have a scientific background in biology with a specialization in electrophysiology.
I am proud of the fact that I was part of neuromodulation becoming the standard of care within my area. The moment I enjoy the most, is the last day of every fiscal year when all the invoices are in the system and I can celebrate with my team.
This year is my 20th year with Medtronic, and I am still really passionate about my job.
